Rules of the GameLegal Terms

These terms govern the use of the SOCCER2NIGHT platform and the hiring of soccer court rental services.

Acceptance of Terms

▸By accessing and using the SOCCER2NIGHT platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.
▸If you do not agree with any of these terms, we ask that you do not use our services.
▸We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Modifications take effect upon being published on this page.

▸Bookings are made based on real-time availability shown on our platform.
▸By confirming a booking, you guarantee that the information provided (name, phone, email) is true and accurate.
▸Bookings are subject to confirmation after successful payment processing.
▸Each booking includes the use of the hired court during the specified time and duration only.
▸Prices vary by court type: 5v5 ($100), 6v6 ($180), and 7v7 ($200). Duration can be 60, 90, or 120 minutes, with proportional pricing.

▸All payments are securely processed through Stripe, our payment provider.
▸By making a payment, you authorize SOCCER2NIGHT to charge the corresponding amount for your booking.
▸We do not store credit card information on our servers. All payment information is managed by Stripe.
▸Confirmation of your booking is subject to payment approval. If declined, the booking will not be confirmed.
▸Prices shown are final and include all applicable charges.

▸Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the booking start time are eligible for a full refund.
▸Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours before the booking will receive a 50% refund.
▸Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are non-refundable.
▸In the event of extreme weather or facility closures due to force majeure, SOCCER2NIGHT will offer rescheduling or a full refund.

▸You are responsible for the proper use of the facilities and any damage caused to them during your booking period.
▸Using the courts for purposes other than soccer without prior authorization is prohibited.
▸You agree to respect the rules and regulations of each facility, which will be communicated at the time of booking.
▸SOCCER2NIGHT is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or loss of personal belongings occurring within the facilities.
▸Users under 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult during the use of the facilities.

▸SOCCER2NIGHT shall not be liable for temporary service interruptions due to maintenance, technical failures, or causes beyond our control.
▸We strive to keep availability information as accurate as possible, but do not guarantee it will be error-free at all times.
▸In no event shall SOCCER2NIGHT be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform.
▸SOCCER2NIGHT's maximum liability for any claim related to a booking shall not exceed the amount paid for that booking.

▸These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States.
▸Any dispute arising from the use of our services will be resolved in the competent courts of Northern New Jersey.
▸If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.
